Step 1: Body Composition Analysis
Every 'body' is different. You've heard of 'big-boned', 'lean', 'skinny-fat', and 'morbidly obese'. Do you know where you fit in?
Your journey at Cross-Train will begin with a full body composition. Having a body composition analysis done prior to beginning a fitness regiment will help you set realistic goals for your body. Not everyone can be a 'lean and ripped size 4'- the world would be pretty boring. You can't achieve an hourglass shape when your body is more rectangular. What's important is to know where you're starting and what's realistic and achievable for you so you can put your best YOU forward. Why would you want to be anybody else?
Step 2: Detox and Cleanse
